My husband and I purchased two leather chairs from Nativa. We received excellent service and advice. Unfortunately, one of the chairs started to show premature wearing. I contacted the store and they said they would be happy to take care of it. The leather had to be ordered and they updated me on the progress. When the new leather parts arrived, a gentleman came and professionally replaced the parts that had worn.

The customer service we received from Nativa was excellent. Our sales person helped us with design for the items we needed. We had an issue with one of the items.
